OCI Transfer for Adult

1. US Passport ( Both new and old)

2. Original OCI Card

3. Indian Passport and Renunciation Certificate, if holding

4. If married Spouse's Passport (Indian & US if applicable, renunciation certificate, valid status proof), Spouse’s naturalization certificate and marriage certificate 

5. Naturalization Certificate

6. Proof of address (Lease copy, driver's license, or utility bill)

7. 2 Passport Size Photos (2x2, white background) We do take pictures in our office if you would like our service.

8. Birth Certificate for US born

 

Processing Time: 4-6  weeks (may be more)

Consulate and VFS Fees : $75

VisaCare Service Charges: $150 per application (If remote service, $250)
