1.    US Passport

2.    Birth Certificate if born outside of India

3.    Renunciation Certificate (if previously held Indian Passport). If you do not have this, we will have to apply for this separately. 

4.    Indian Passport (if ever held)

5.    Proof of Address (Lease copy, driver's license, or utility bill)

6.    2 Passport Size Photographs (2x2, white background). We do take pictures in our office if you would like our service.

7.    Naturalization Certificate 

8.   If married: 

            a) Spouse’s passport 

            b) Spouse’s valid status

            c) Marriage Certificate

 

Processing Time: 30-35 Working Days After Submission of Application

Consulate and VFS Fees: $355(Includes return courier charges) 

VisaCare Service Charges: $150 per application (If remote service, $250)
