OCI for Adult on Basis of Spouse

1.US passport 

2.  Spouse's OCI Card, US PP, Indian passport, and Naturalization certificate 

3.  Proof of address (Lease copy, driver's license, or utility bill)

4.  2 passport-size photographs (2x2, white background). We do take pictures in our office if you would like our

 service.

5.  Parents’ Current (US) Passports 

6. Birth Certificate for US born (Must be Apostille) 

7. Marriage Certificate

 

Processing Time: 3-4 months (may be more)

VisaCare Service Charges: $150 per application (If remote service, $250)
